About this Event
As winter begins to loosen its grip, spring invites a gentle softening.
This restorative sound journey offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and settle into a state of deep rest. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, drum, and other resonant instruments, the body is invited to release tension and the mind to quiet.
Sound has a unique way of supporting the nervous system, helping us shift from doing into simply being.
No meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
This is a small, intimate gathering with space for 10 participants.
What to Expect
• Arrival and time to settle into your space
• A short guided grounding meditation
• A 45 minute immersive sound journey
• Gentle integration to close
Total time: approximately 90 minutes.
What to Bring
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and pillow for warmth and support
• Water bottle
Comfort is important — the cozier you are, the deeper you can relax.

This experience involves lying down for the duration of the sound journey.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so everyone has time to settle before we begin.
