We’re very in love with this Dinner Series and hope you’re gonna want to be here. Think three delicious courses (all available separately,) fun and fancy cocktails, and a menu that lets Amelia really show off what she can do. It’s a step up from our usual dinners, with creative dishes you won’t find any other night. Come hungry, bring your friends, and let’s make it a night to remember.This April we’ve put together a menu of foods we’ve been craving…. Amelia’s Schnitzel AND Mac-n-Cheese, both foods she has very strong opinions on. The schnitzel cutlets are going to be marinaded in dill pickle brine for 24 hours before their breaded, not only to give them a delicious flavor but also to give the acids time to breakdown the protein aka: making the most tender cutlets you’ve ever had. The ooey-gooey Mac-n-Cheese will NOT be dry, this is a core value!
