Nicole Manes, MACP, BA, has been a practising certified sound therapy practitioner since 2018. She is also a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) focused on assisting clients struggling with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, PTSD, relationship concerns and life transitions. In her sound therapy practice, Nicole helps individuals, couples and groups reduce stress and activate their own innate healing capabilities through the therapeutic application of sound by using a variety of instruments and tools including her voice, quartz crystal singing bowls, metal singing bowls, tuning forks, drum, and chimes to provide deeply restorative soundscape experiences and promote both mental health and physical wellbeing. Nicole has offered in-person and online sound therapy to individuals and groups, including universities and colleges, healthcare organisations, and a range of other clients and special events.
