This special event will feature Keynote speaker: Jessica Weinert . You'll also enjoy refresing topics with Sandra Hicks with Solitude Beauty and Wellness and Ms Christie Williams with The Self-Esteem School, and introducing Beti Ramirez!

Meet your featured speakers:
Sandra Hicks is the owner of Solitude Beauty and Wellness. As a Licensed Esthetician & Wellness Practitioner, she creates exceptional spa experiences. At the Spring Reset 2026, Sandra will be highlighting the topic: Aligning with Nature's Rhythms.
This session invites women to reconnect with the natural rhythms of the seasons and their own bodies. By understanding how seasonal shifts influence our energy, skin, and well-being, we can learn to support ourselves with more ease and intention.
Through seasonal wellness and skincare practices, this talk offers simple ways to honor each season, restore balance, and move through life with greater flow, vitality, and self-awareness. You do not want to miss this.
Ms Christie Williams, owner of The Self-Esteem School, will be guiding guests through their authentic confidence style. She'll share how to feel yourself more often by focusing on your unique, core confidence style. Relax and laugh with your friends as she takes you through a 'Confidence Quiz' and draws out your authenticty. Christie will share the topic: Authentic Confidence - confidence that feels like you.
Our keynote speaker, Jessica Weinert is the founder of Fit and Well Fed. As a Certified Personal Trainer in Corrective Exercise, she specializes in menopause training - for midlife women. It’s a new phase. Jessica helps women become their strongest self as our bodies change.
She'll present all this in the topic: Rockin’ the Midlife Transition - how to thrive through perimenopause and beyond.
Jessica will break down the menopause journey so you know:
- What changes during this season
- Why it changes, and
- How to thrive throughout it
And introducing Beti Ramirez who will be sharing the exciting topic: How language shapes the way we think.
