About this Event
Join us for a Spring Reset Community Sound Bath hosted by Think Positive Club, a Colorado Springs nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to mindset education and mental wellness resources.
Sound baths use soothing vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls to guide the body into a deep state of relaxation. These frequencies can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system—often called the body’s rest and restore state—supporting mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
As we enter the energy of spring, this experience invites you to slow down, reset your mind, and step into the season feeling more grounded and refreshed.
Think Positive Club is a Colorado Springs–based nonprofit focused on delivering accessible mental wellness experiences to the community.
We believe people already have powerful tools within themselves to support their well-being. Through workshops, mindset labs, creative experiences, and community wellness events, we teach practical tools such as:
• nervous system regulation
• meditation and mindfulness
• applied mindset practices
• creative self-reflection
Our goal is simple: help people access the inner resources they already have to create healthier, more resilient lives.
Why Sound Baths?Modern life often keeps our nervous systems in a constant stress response. Sound baths create a space for the body to slow down and shift into a restorative state.
Potential benefits include:
• reduced stress and anxiety
• deeper relaxation
• improved mental clarity
• nervous system regulation
• emotional reset
Many participants describe sound baths as feeling like a deep meditation that helps the body fully unwind.
This event has limited space to maintain a peaceful environment.
Please only RSVP if you are committed to attending. When spots are reserved and not used, it prevents someone else in the community from experiencing the event.
Thank you for respecting the shared space and helping us keep these experiences accessible to others.
Important InformationWaiver Requirement
For the safety of all participants, please make sure to sign the event waiver before attending the sound bath. This helps ensure everyone understands the nature of the experience and participates responsibly.
