The Spring Equinox marks the moment when light and dark stand in perfect balance. Day and night are equal. The earth shifts. Energy begins to rise. What has been resting beneath the surface quietly prepares to bloom.
Before we rush into the momentum of a new season, this is an invitation to pause to recalibrate and consciously choose what you are ready to grow.
Join us on the eve of the Spring Equinox for an intimate evening of renewal and intentional reset. Together we will:
🌸Clear stagnant winter energy through guided breathwork
🌸Rebalance mind and body with meditation
🌸Soften and recalibrate the nervous system through sound healing
🌸Sip a warm Spring herbal tea in ritual
🌸Write your seasonal intention on a plantable seed paper hearts
🌸Plant your intention into soil within a small terracotta pot to take home and nurture
🌸The plant will be your reminder of your intentions and you can watch it bloom
Each guest will also receive a sample of my Spring Equinox “Release & Balance” oil blend a gentle essential oil reminder of the seasonal change and spring equinox balance of light and dark. As we shift into the season of more light.
Please bring two blankets, a pillow, or anything that will help you feel comfortable lying down during the sound healing portion of the evening.
The Equinox reminds us that growth is intentional. That what we plant now will bloom later. That balance is something we actively create.
Space is limited and this event is for women to preserve the intimacy of this experience.
