Spring Reset: A Yoga Class
Feeling burned out or just in need of a reset? Yoga can help! Join us in person with Leslieann Hobayan, a poet and long-time yoga teacher who, using somatic movement, helps unlock, rejuvenate, and recharge the creative flow.
This class will be a series of asanas (poses) that awaken stiff, stagnant bodies and are accessible to all levels. You'll walk away feeling refreshed and inspired to create once again! Whether you’re a total newbie or a seasoned yogi, we’ve got a flow that will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
