Spring is a natural time to pause, breathe, and move into a new season with intention. This intimate gathering creates space for rest, gentle movement, and meaningful connection in a peaceful, welcoming environment.
During the evening, participants will experience:
• Guided yoga focused on gentle stretching and grounding
• A calming sound bath meditation designed to relax the nervous system
• A relaxed community conversation to close the evening
No yoga experience is necessary. This event is open to anyone who simply wants a moment to slow down, breathe, and reset.
