ABOUT THE EVENT
Enjoy yoga’s many benefits! Based on the newly released and
updated Yoga Deck, this session incorporates feel-good yoga stretches, deep breathing, and simple relaxation techniques designed to reduce stress and increase energy. Feel calmer, more balanced and refreshed as we welcome the season of rebirth and
rejuvenation.
Appropriate for all ages, fitness levels and experience with yoga. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that you can move around in easily. Exercises are done from seated (in a chair) and standing. Help us cut down on plastic waste by bringing a refillable water bottle to this event.
