About this Event
The Spring is a time of awakening and renewal. It can be tempting to charge ahead with new goals and get busy, but in this workshop we will take time to slow down and tune into the changing season. We will reflect on the good things in our lives before setting our intentions for the next season.
We’ll begin with a revitalising Pranayama, moving into a 75-minute open-level energising yoga Flow to warm the body, steady the mind and awaken the soul. The physical practice will wind down slowly, with plenty of time to get into some juicy deep stretching, before settling into a beautiful guided meditation to find deep relaxation, cultivating a sense of letting go and acceptance of what is, whilst making space to embrace the new.
We will close our mini retreat with some journaling to bring into focus what you are looking to bring more of into in your life and what to leave behind as we transition into the new season.
You will hopefully leave with a spring in your step, a hopefulness in your heart and an appreciation for all that is beautiful in your life, big and small.
