This season invites us to step forward with clarity, inspiration, and a deep connection to our hearts.

Held just after the Spring Equinox—the moment of perfect balance between light and dark—this gathering is an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and dream into being the life we wish to create. Just as nature moves in cycles, so do we. This is a time to honour what is awakening within, to listen to the whispers of our hearts, and to nurture the dreams stirring in our souls.

Together, we will align with the revitalising energy of Spring, embracing our divine feminine essence and stepping into the new season with purpose, inspiration, and trust.

This is a safe and sacred space for gentle self-exploration—a space to reflect on what is ready to blossom within you, to release what no longer serves you, and to plant the seeds of your deepest desires. Like the petals of a flower unfurling in the sunlight, this is a time to soften, open, and embrace your most authentic, wholehearted self.

What to Expect

🌿 A serene, private, fully enclosed garden and beautiful adjoining studio – Enjoy the tranquil setting as we connect with nature and each other.

✨ Guided Meditation – Settle into the space, ground your energy, and connect with the essence of Spring.

🍵 Herbal Tea & Journaling – Enjoy a soothing cup of tea while reflecting on the dreams, ideas, and intentions awakening within you.

💬 Sharing Circle (Optional) – A space to be witnessed and heard in community, honoring each other's journeys.

🌸 Earth Mandala & Offering Ritual – Together, we will co-create a nature mandala in the garden using flowers, leaves, seeds, and other natural elements. You are invited to bring a small offering from nature—something meaningful to you—to place within the mandala. As we add to the mandala, we will reflect on what we wish to invite into our lives and offer gratitude to the earth for its endless cycles of renewal.

🔮 Oracle Card Guidance – A moment of deep listening, allowing the wisdom of the cards to offer clarity and insight.

✨ Intention-Setting Ritual – An opportunity to infuse your dreams and desires with energy, creating a meaningful connection to the intentions you wish to cultivate this season.

There are spaces for up to 7 women to attend, plus me as the facilitator. Circles are intentionally kept intimate to create a safe, connected, and nurturing space for everyone.

A little bit about me

Hi beautiful souls, I’m Katie (she/her), a Reiki healing practitioner and facilitator of sacred spaces for connection, healing, and self-discovery – where you can get to know and embrace the beautiful, unique, wholehearted you. I am trained and fully insured as a Cacao Ceremony Facilitator and I am in awe of just how impactful working with this beautiful plant medicine can be. I have been meditating for over ten years and am a qualified meditation teacher and member of the UK Reiki Federation.
