Join us in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains for a Spring Renewal Retreat — a day to release, reset, and welcome fresh energy in nature.This gentle one-day retreat is an invitation to slow down and consciously step into a new season. We’ll begin with a mindful hike through Glendalough and Derrybawn Mountain, pausing to notice the signs of spring and reflect on what’s ready to shift in our own lives.
Gathered around the fire, we’ll journal and take part in a letting-go ritual — releasing what no longer serves and making space for clarity, growth, and new beginnings.
Afterwards, we’ll unwind with a private riverside sauna session, optional cold-water dips, and a calming tea ceremony to close the day grounded, lighter, and renewed.
