We invite you to join us on a nourishing 3 hour afternoon retreat for Women in Mid March.
Nearing the date of the Spring Equinox we will celebrate Spring together, inviting deep release and healing, crafted to nourish and foster renewal, especially for those who usually support others.
Step into a nurturing and restorative space where original guided meditation journeys, the magical world of sound healing, breathwork, and gentle accessible Somatic movement are woven together, promoting healing, nervous system regulation, calming, deep release and self reflection.This experience is an invitation to re-connect, slow down, soften, unwind and become fully present — creating space for renewal; planting new seeds for personal growth and discovering new intentions, as we leave Winter behind and welcome Spring.
Through sound healing , stillness, and embodied awareness, you are supported to settle deeply and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, spacious, unrushed and highly enjoyable!
The retreat is held by Alix and Angie, creative, authentic, highly experienced and skillful facilitators with 27 years of shared experience. Their strength lies in creating a welcoming, heart led and grounded environment where people feel comfortable, heard and supported. This space is especially nourishing for caregivers, therapists, and those who give of themselves, If you are accustomed to holding space for others, through work or home life, this is an opportunity to receive, and to have time and space to be guided to unwind and refill your inner reserves in an environment that is warm, authentic, and deeply supportive.

Our Friday afternoon retreat consists of over 2 and a half hours of nourishing practices with some social time at the end to connect and chat with like minded women and enjoy refreshing herbal teas and scrumptious homemade cake provided by Anna of Elmslie House.
