Welcome to our Spring Reboost Experience with Heloisa Lutzenberger 🌱

A special mindful session to gently support your transition from winter ❄️ to spring 🌷.

We’ll begin with an accessible and inspiring theoretical talk to understand what truly happens in your body and nervous system during this seasonal shift:

– Why do we often feel more tired instead of energized? 😴

– What does a naturopathic “spring reset” really mean? 🌿

– And how can we lighten up without forcing, creating space for a genuine inner re-blooming? 🌼

You’ll receive practical and functional tips, clear do’s & don’ts, and even a few simple seasonal recipes to support your body from the inside out 🥣🍋.

Then, theory becomes experience. We’ll move into a guided Yang to Yin practice, designed to take the body from dynamic activation into deep listening. We’ll awaken stagnant energy with spicy, energizing movements 🔥, and then gradually shift into a regenerative phase that supports integration, release, and restoration. 🌙

At the end of the practice, you’ll also be introduced to simple foot reflexology techniques 👣— stimulating self-treatment points connected to digestion and the nervous system, supporting both physical and emotional release.
