Spring Mini Retreat – Nervous System Reset Workshop for Women 🌸
Spring is a season of gentle renewal — and this morning is your invitation to reset from the inside out.
I will show you and explain powerful techniques to help you regulate your nervous system that will benefit you not only on the day, but also will stay with you for the rest of your life ♥️🌱🌿🫶🏻
Women are extremely complex creatures, and topped with demanding man built world, our nervous (and hormonal) systems often find it challending or overwhelming to cope.
If this sounds like you, don't worry, its not you, it's like this for majority of us ♥️
Luckily there are some powerful tools available out there that I cannot wait to share with you:
We begin with breathwork, because the breath is the fastest and most accessible way to communicate with your nervous system. When we’re stressed, overwhelmed or constantly “on”, the breath becomes shallow and the body stays in subtle fight-or-flight mode. Through guided, conscious breathing techniques, we signal safety to the body. This helps release stored tension, soften tight muscles, slow the heart rate and shift you into a calmer, more regulated state.
From there, we move into gentle somatic movements and yoga. Unlike pushing or forcing the body, somatic movement invites you to move slowly and intuitively, tuning into internal sensations. This helps discharge held stress patterns, unwind habitual tension and rebuild a sense of safety within your body.
We will then immerse in soothing sound therapy, allowing healing vibrations to quiet a busy mind and deepen the state of restoration. Sound works on a subtle yet powerful level, supporting the brain and body to settle into a deeply relaxed rhythm.
We close our morning with tea and heartfelt connection — because regulation also happens in safe community. ♥️♥️♥️
This intimate workshop (limited to 12 women) is designed to feel warm, spacious and nurturing. Whether you feel overwhelmed, fatigued, or simply ready for a spring refresh, this is your space to soften and restore.
