Before our new seasonal menu officially launches, we’re inviting guests to an exclusive tasting event featuring sample portions of upcoming starters, entrées, and cocktails. This is your chance to enjoy a sneak peek of the dishes our team has been developing — and help us decide what makes the final menu.
Guests will enjoy a curated selection of tasting portions while sharing their feedback with our team in a relaxed, interactive setting.

Summer Salad
Grilled pears, tender greens blend, burrata, pistachio, spring flowers, charred lemon-honey vinaigrette.
Duck Bacon Wontons
Heirloom corn and cheese, over arugula and sweet chili.
Lobster Pimento Dip
Served with house wonton chips.
Whipped Feta
Served with hot honey, pickled pears, toasted pistachio, and fried lavash bread.
Truffle Parmesan Yuca Fries
Served with black garlic ketchup.

Farro, fried pearl onions, quinoa, greens, crispy Cajun black eye peas, sticky Thai cauliflower, hot honey charred lemon sauce. Served with sautéed local mushrooms, chicken, or shrimp

Served with hot honey yucca fries, charred pear salsa verde, lemon chili broccolini.
Miso Lychee Mahi
A perfectly seared Mahi fillet relished in Lychee Miso glaze. Paired with Crispy Fried Rice and marinated sweet soy Bok Choy.
Smoked Lamb Lollipops
House smoked lamb chops in a sweet & savory ginger soy glaze. Paired with sautéed broccolini vegetables, Hasselback Kari potatoes. Side of Chili Crisp Au Jus
