About this Event
Discover the beauty of Japanese tea culture right here in Brooklyn.
The Fort Hamilton High School Omotesenke Style Japanese Tea Ceremony Club proudly presents a special tea gathering as an official event of Omotesenke Domonkai Eastern Region USA, with generous venue support from Sunrise Mart.
Guests will be welcomed by students dressed in kimono and hakama, creating an atmosphere that feels just like being in Japan.
In a traditional tea room, you will be served tea prepared by the students together with Japanese sweets. Afterwards, please enjoy the experience of making your own bowl of matcha.
In the spirit of Ichigo Ichie β treasuring each once-in-a-lifetime encounter β our students are honored to welcome every guest.
No experience is necessary, and everyone is warmly welcome.
