This is a bright, fresh menu to kick off the spring with some of my favorite spring flavors! As many of you know, my main gig is catering, and I love these intimate, community based dinners to showcase some of my favorite dishes to cook, in my fun, locally sourced variety store!
Menu:
- Herbed butter dipped radishes
- Spring burrata salad- arugula, beets, snap peas, asparagus, and burrata with mint dressing
- Crispy panko breaded salmon w/ lemon dill sauce and lemon artichoke pasta
- Earl grey and blood orange sponge cake
Tickets include a complimentary coffee, glass of wine, and/or a featured craft cocktail. Seating is limited to 10-12 people and you can also BYOB.
