Ready to relax and rejuvenate? Join us for this mini 2.5 hour day retreat where we take yu on a journey that awaken your somatic spirit. release build up tesion with movement that will calm the body and let go what doesnt serve you in this season of renewal . Then expereince a soothing sound bath fo a deeper state of relaxationat this in-person Sound Bath and Savasana .
From 11-12pm indulge in Healthy tasty bites, refreshing beverages including palnt based smoothies while you mix and mingle. Get a chance to tour the beautiful event space ,JVO outdoor events, that is hosting this event, and hear about Well Balance Bodies Holisitc Health and Wellness . Chair massages will be avaiable before and after class to help loosen those tight muscles and rid any further stress!
Our Restorative yoga starts at 12pm following a 30 min sound bath session.
