About this Event
Join us for a heart-opening evening of deep healing, connection, and renewal. This immersive experience weaves together ceremonial cacao, gentle somatic movement, Reiki energy healing, and a soothing sound bath to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and align with your highest self.
We’ll begin by sipping ceremonial cacao to open the heart and set intentions, followed by guided somatic movement to awaken and release stored energy. You’ll then be guided into deep relaxation with Reiki and a sound bath, allowing your nervous system to reset and your body to restore.

Location: Multipurpose Room at Fowler Park
Directions:
Enter Fowler Park and follow the main road toward the recreation center. Park near the main building. Once inside, follow signs for the Multipurpose Room (typically located near the gymnasium/indoor facilities). If unsure, staff at the front desk can guide you.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat or something to lie on
• Blanket & pillow for comfort
• Eye mask (optional)
• Journal & water
