About this Event
This spring, invite your pre-teen or teen to spring into action with a refreshing blend of movement, mindfulness, and feline friends! Our March class is more than yoga—it’s an energizing experience that awakens the body, clears the mind, and is made extra special by the gentle, purring presence of our friendly resident cats. No previous yoga experience necessary!
Led by a certified instructor, participants will flow through playful, energizing poses designed to boost focus and clarity, then wind down with a peaceful guided meditation. After yoga, they’ll enjoy 30 minutes of free time to cuddle, play, and connect with our adorable, adoptable kitties—because spring is all about growth, connection, and a little extra joy. 🐾🌱
What to Expect:
🧘♀️ Cat Yoga Session (60 Minutes):
- Our certified instructor leads a fun & gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels.
- Yoga is not only about physical movement; it's also about mindfulness and relaxation. Our furry friends will help your child unwind and connect with the present moment.
🐾 Free Time with Felines (30 Minutes):
- After the yoga, participants enjoy dedicated time for pure kitty cuddling fun.
