Moms - Spring has Sprung and alas it's the season to get moving. There's no better time than now to team up with your children to come up with a wellness strategy for the whole family. Learn how to do a full-body workout with no equipment required that you can repeat with your family at home, at the park, or anywhere. With the guidance of experienced personal-trainer Melanie Hagn, join other moms and kids in a fun and informative activity!
What to Expect:
-Participate in a family-friendly easy-to-follow exercise routine led by Mel Hagn.
-Take home a printed guide that explains all the moves you learned in the day's exercise routine.
-Meet other local parents and kids and make friends you can be active with all year round.
-Enjoy some refreshments by Homer Donuts and Moonshine BBQ, both local NDG small-businesses!
-Workshops, surprises, activities, prizes, and gifts are in store!

Please bring a yoga or exercise mat. If you do not have a mat, a towel is also a good option. One may be shared between a parent and child duo.
Recommended for children aged 4-11 years old as well as babies under who are not yet mobile (or who can remain in a stroller or baby carrier).
