Brittany Flewelling, FNTP
Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
Brittany is a certified Functional Nutrition Therapy Practitioner who understands what it feels like to be sick, frustrated and losing hope. Her personal health journey of battling mold toxicity, gut dysfunction, hormone imbalance, and interstitial cystitis has ignited her passion for supporting people who are looking to thrive again. She believes that dysfunction doesn’t define a person, but is just part of their story. She is grateful that because of her own holistic healing, she is now able to empower others to rediscover their health and their joy.
She is currently studying to become Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. Brittany utilizes a deep foundational and bio-individual approach to functional, holistic nutrition to help her clients balance body chemistry and achieve optimal wellness.
In her free time, she loves experimenting with new recipes, researching and reviewing new natural products, fermenting foods, reading, hiking, foraging, mushroom cultivation, playing disc golf, volunteering and cooking community meals with her friends and family.
