We will talk about smell and visual signs, helping you learn how to identify a thriving starter and signs of hunger. We will feed your bit of Bertha, our sourdough starter, in class in a BPA-free plastic container with a lid for you to take home and enjoy.
You will also receive The Sourdough Spot's sourdough bread and focaccia recipes to try at home, and I will answer any burning questions you have about starter care.
