About this Event
On May 23, Pilates Studio 11 will lead a 45-minute Mat Pilates class focused on core, lower body and back strength. A big part of Pilates is understanding body alignment and how precision and control help activate muscles in a way you’ve never experienced before. This class will enhance posture, stability, and mobility, helping you move more efficiently and feel stronger.
Please bring your own yoga mat. We will have a few available, but not enough for the whole class.
Registration not required for this event! Free to attend.
Disclaimer: Children are welcome, but only if they plan to participate in the workout class. Please note that children must be supervised at all times, as there will be no staff available to watch them separately.
