As the light returns and the earth begins to stir, you are invited into a ceremonial practice of awakening, expansion, and renewal.
Join Nataliya Potopalska and Jaime Tanna for a sacred journey that weaves heart-opening Forrest Yoga with the healing frequencies of the handpan, didgeridoo,
and shamanic drumming to awaken the body, clear the energetic field, and ignite the inner fire.
We begin with a smudging ritual and grounding sound journey, calling you home to your body and releasing stagnant energy held within the physical and subtle layers.
Guided by Nataliya, you’ll move through a deliberate Forrest Yoga backbend sequence designed to open the heart, strengthen the core, and invite courage, vitality, and emotional release. Through breath, mindful strength, and intentional stillness, the practice becomes a portal for expansion and transformation.

Master sound healer, astrologer, and health intuitive Jaime will guide the sonic landscape throughout the experience, weaving the heartbeat of the shamanic drum, the
primal voice of the yidaki didgeridoo, the ethereal tones of the handpan, and the harmonics of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls.

These frequencies support deep nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and integration.
The journey closes with a restorative sound healing immersion, allowing your intentions to root and bloom as the body softens into stillness.
