You are warmly invited to Spring in the North — a Contact Improvisation weekend.Guided by the theme of emergence and encounter, we gather to welcome the new season together.
Through jams, co-creation, open lab space and workshops we explore what unfolds in meeting, sharing and being together with intention.
There will be time to slow down, to listen, to share meals, and to wander the beautiful land around us. We’ll dance, explore and create in the day. With a cosy fire and sauna to rest and reflect during the evenings.
We invite you to bring yourself fully — your curiosity, your ideas, your questions, your interests.
🌿This weekend is open to everyone, whether you are new to the practice or you’ve been doing it for a long time - this is a space to grow and share as an evolving community. 🌿

Accomodation : Chose from the following
6 - 12 bed dorm, bring your own bedding and hunker down in a shared sleeping space.
Private room with double bed
Yurt that sleeps 2 - 4
Or if you fancy camping you're welcome to bring your own tent
Plus there is space for live in vehicles and vans.
Meals : We’ll cook and eat together. With a shared rota making up simple and nourishing meals.
Cost : Sliding scale.

What to bring: Suitable dance clothes that are comfortable for you to move in. (Longer sleeve and knees covered is preferable). Sleeping equipment if you choose the dorm. A notebook. Waterbottle. Anything that brings you comfort and feels important for the changing season.
