First Course ~ Stuffed Morels
Fresh morels filled with crab gratin and a herb mornay.
Second Course ~ Beans & Cornbread
Brown beans with smoked bacon and ramp cornbread.
Third Course ~ Potato Soup
Cream of potato soup with sour cream, chives, and oyster crackers.
Fourth Course ~ Wilted Salad
Leaf lettuce with creamy green onion dressing, bacon, and pickled egg.
Fifth Course ~ Peach preserve sorbet
Sixth Course ~ Fried chicken
Chicken breast, fried golden brown, with peppered gravy, mashed potatoes, and chow-chow.
Seventh Course ~ Apple Pie
Fried apple pie with vanilla ice cream and praline.
