About this Event
In an intimate class setting, Jessica , will share her secrets and tricks of the trade for making incredible ice cream at home using real, seasonal Ingredients.
She will go over the basics of creating both ice cream and sorbet – with demonstrations and tastings of each. She will also discuss flavor inspiration and pairing ideas.
Our spring classes will focus on two of our most popular floral flavors - Lavender Honey ice cream & Raspberry Rose sorbet.
Classes are demonstration based and held in our Pasadena creamery. All class attendees take one one pint of each flavor. Space is limited so reserve your seat today!
