Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
Your experience begins with a guided forest bathing session, led by a Certified Nature and Forest Bathing Guide. Through mindfulness and sensory-based invitations, you’ll awaken your connection to the natural world, grounding yourself in the gentle rhythms of the forest.
This practice will help you slow down, breathe deeply, and feel more present in the moment. The walk concludes with a Tea Gathering and seasonal snacks, offering time for shared reflections in good company.
On this guided journey, you will:
