Join us as we explore the sights, sounds, and beauty of spring at our final spring forest bathing class of 2026, hosted at Ken-O-Sha Park! ๐ฑThis relaxing 1.25-hour experience is led by Certified Forest Therapy Guide Katie Venechuk and focuses on stepping away from the hustle of day-to-day life for time to recharge in the peace of nature.
During this class, you'll be led in:
โ๏ธ A grounding guided nature meditation
โ๏ธ A short breathwork practice in the fresh forest air
โ๏ธ A spring-themed forest bathing invitation to help you relax, keep connected to nature, and find alignment with the changing seasons
โ๏ธ A closing community circle among the trees with time to visit and make new friends, along with the chance to draw a small henna tree tattoo on your finger to offer a reminder of your forest time over the coming days
We are also excited to continue offering a take-home forest therapy scroll, which contains a prompt or inspiration to help you nurture your personal forest bathing practice in-between our monthly classes.

๐ Class Rate: $18 or as low as $14 with an IYE class pack
๐ Teens 13-16 are now just $12 (must be accompanied by an adult)
