About this Event
Spring Foraging Walk and Chef's Tasting Lunch
Step away from the everyday and into the wild.
Join The Gardening Lady for a slow, immersive Spring foraging walk through local woodland, followed by a beautifully prepared three‑course tasting lunch served at a shared table in her studio. This is not just a walk, it’s a foraging, learning and dining experience.
You’ll learn how to confidently identify edible wild plants, understand what can be sustainably and legally foraged, and discover how wild ingredients are transformed into exceptional food.
What you’ll experience
- A gentle, guided foraging walk, focused on what’s in season right now
- Clear, expert teaching on safe identification, usage and ethical harvesting
- Stories of plants, folklore, food traditions and seasonal eating
- A relaxed return to the studio for a restaurant‑quality, foraged tasting lunch
- A beautifully set table, shared plates, conversation and connection
The atmosphere is calm, inclusive and unhurried—designed to help you slow down, notice more and eat well.
