Start/Finish: Ski Beach, Mission Bay (pin in event photos)
Route: Ski Beach → Barefoot Bar (quick toast + island vibes) → Ski Beach
Theme: Spring time meets aloha — leis, floral shirts, grass skirts, tropical fits, sunset colors… bring the island energy.
(Keep it paddle-safe and secure anything that could fly off.)

What We’re Doing
We’re bringing a little slice of paradise to Mission Bay with a golden hour luau on the water. After launch, we’ll cruise over to Barefoot Bar for a quick toast, then paddle back as the sun drops and the bay lights up in full golden hour glow.
Irreverent. Warm. High-vibe.
This is your invitation to lean into spring, dress the part, and enjoy the water with the best crew in San Diego. 🌺

Schedule
5:45 PM – Arrive, park, gear up, tropical pics
6:05 PM – Safety brief & route review
6:15 PM – Launch from Ski Beach
~6:45 PM – Quick toast at Barefoot Bar (30–45 min)
~7:30 PM – Golden hour / sunset glide back along the south side of Vacation Isle
~8:00 PM – Land at Ski Beach + post-paddle hangs

What to Bring
• SUP/board + leash
• PFD (waist-belt OK) & whistle
• White light or headlamp for dusk return
• Water, warm layer, ID/card for Barefoot Bar
• Dry bag / phone case
• Tropical fit! Go full luau, but keep it paddle-safe
(No loose props, no wind-catching costumes that’ll take you out.)

• No open flames on boards or docks
• Stay with the pod; follow lead & sweep paddlers
• No glass on beach or boards
• Pack it in, pack it out — leave no trace
• Route may adjust based on conditions
