Emerald Envy Tattoos is located at 3449 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring, Pa. 19608. On the second floor above Finelinez Barbershop’s SINKING SPRING location. The building is white and the entrance is at the top of the black steps in the rear. Due to this, unfortunately this event is not handicap accessible & I apologize for this inconvenience! There is free street parking directly on Penn Ave & free off street parking in the rear!
