Zen Club x Legacy: Wellness Workout Social

Join us for a high-energy wellness experience at Legacy Gym featuring four back-to-back instructor-led workout classes followed by a community social hour. This event is designed to bring together fitness, recovery, and connection in one morning.

Your ticket includes full-day access to Legacy Gym, including:

• Open gym access

• Locker rooms & showers

• Sauna

• Cold plunge

All attendees will additionaly receive automatic entry into raffles and giveaways from local wellness and fitness partners!

Workout Schedule:

Class sign-ups are first come, first served.

• 8:30 AM — PIT (Partner Interval Training)

• 9:45 AM — PIT (Partner Interval Training)

• 11:15 AM — THERABOX Instructor-Led Intro to Boxing

• 12:15 PM — SOLIDCORE Instructor-Led Mat Pilates

WHAT TO BRING:

Equipment such as boxing gloves and Pilates mats will be available, but bringing your own equipment and sweat towels is strongly encouraged.

After the Sweat:

Stick around after the classes for a social hour - shower in our premium locker rooms, use our sauna and cold plunge, meet other wellness-minded people, connect with local brands, and enjoy the community. Engage with local vendors- experience food, drinks, wellness treatments, and more!
