A disciple of Master Junichi Mitsubori and inheritor of Ichika-ryu techniques, He Xinxin is the founder of Oshiriai Tea Wagashi Studio, New York’s first tea wagashi workshop. Wagashi Theme IntroductionPeony | The Peony Wagashi is inspired by the peonies blooming in a winter garden, symbolizing romance and warmth in the winter season. The confectionery showcases the beautiful shape of the peony flower, with intricate layers of petals that leave a lasting impression.
