FREE EVENT!Come celebrate all-things-Spring on the Shaker Village farm! Our new family-friendly event is a grand re-opening party for the Shaker Village season...and we're bringing in some new party animals-- baby animals! Don't worry, our elder animals are well represented and will be happy to share the limelight with the new crew. Come see our new lambs and learn all about daily life on our farm, among the oldest farms in Maine still operated under the same management, since 1783. See Scottish highland cattle, a flock of more than 70 sheep, bees, barn cats, apple orchards, and lots of special guests including kid goats, ducklings, oxen, and rabbits.
