Mediterranean Chicken
A tender chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, spinach, and a creamy pesto sauce served with roasted baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Eggplant Parmesan
Breaded eggplant with marinara, mozzarella, and Parmesan, finished with fresh basil and balsamic glaze and served with roasted baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Dessert
Vanilla Berry Cheesecake
Rich, creamy cheesecake topped with strawberry compote.
