As day and night return to balance, we step into the season of renewal.
Spring Equinox Yoga: Weekly Hatha & Vinyasa Classes is a 7-week beginner-friendly yoga series inspired by the energy of the spring equinox — a time of balance, growth, and fresh beginnings.
In each weekly class, we will explore:
- Beginner-friendly postures with optional variations
- Gentle strength and balance work
- Breathwork (pranayama)
- Guided meditation to close
This class is for you if:
- You want to begin or restart yoga safely
- You enjoy aligning mind, emotions and body with seasonal themes
- You want community and consistency
- You prefer classes that end with meditation
Every class follows a progressive arc allowing repeat students to grow, while keeping the practice safe and accessible for newcomers.
