Join us for a special, unheated 90-minute yoga celebration to honour the Spring Equinox and the arrival of a new season of light, growth, and renewal. This class is designed to gently guide you from the stillness of winter into the vibrant energy of spring.We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to center your mind and connect with the earth, followed by breathwork to awaken and invigorate your body. Moving into a gentle Hatha yoga flow, you’ll explore flowing postures that embody balance and harmony. Seated deep stretches and restorative postures will nurture your body, releasing tension and creating space for new energy.
The practice will conclude with a deeply relaxing guided meditation to invite calm, clarity, and a sense of renewal as you align with the natural rhythms of the changing season.
This celebration is open to all levels. Come as you are and embrace the transition into spring with mindfulness, ease, and intention.
What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle (Earth Room - NON heated)
When: Official Spring Equinox 2025 Thursday March 20th at 7:30-9pm
Alternate Date: Saturday March 22nd at 7-8:30pm for those who can not make it Thursday
