Join us by stepping into a curated journey of guided meditation and somatic experiencing that honours the end of your internal winter, and invites you to transition into spring seamlessly. Hosted on the weekend of the spring equinox, we will be tapping into the energetic shifts of the season, and bringing this new energy into your internal landscape to activate rebirth, rejuvenation, and growth back in your life.
You will also be provided a framework for a solo at home ceremony for you to do at your own time. This ceremony has the intention to further integrate this experience in your everyday life, and to bring more appreciation and awe to the magic of mother nature.
