ABOUT JENNIFER:

A HeartMath Certified coach, Six Heart Illuminations facilitator, Reiki Master, and intuitive, Jennifer developed a powerfully transformative way of Heart Healing, by awakening, purifying and illuminating the heart through the Six Heart Illuminations program. As an intuitive, Jennifer also shares her gifts with those who want to go deeper on the spiritual path. She teaches how to awaken heart wisdom and tap into your true authentic self.

Info: Jennifer will share heart activation wisdom for 15-minutes imparting the higher purpose of the heart and how to expand your capacity to love through the Six Heart Illuminations. She will then guide the class through a 20-minute Heart Activation visualization meditation accompanied by Heather's soundhealing. She will then provide participants in shavasana gentle touch reiki.

Info: Heather will continue deepening the heart activation with a 30-minute intuitive sound healing utilizing crystal bowls, musical instruments and other sound healing tools. She will then provide tuning fork heart, 3rd eye and crown chakra alignment for all participants.
