Throughout this journey, Maya will channel Juta healing energy, amplifying your experience and supporting your energetic transformation.
Immersive Sound Bath
Maya will lead you into a deeply restorative sound bath experience after the breathwork. The vibrational healing frequencies of crystal bowls and other sacred instruments will help you integrate your breathwork journey, soothe your nervous system, and bring you into a state of profound peace and alignment.
Closing Share & Community Integration
We will close the experience with a moment of gratitude and reflection, allowing space for integration and connection with community.

Greta is a Breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher. She guides individuals in reconnecting with themselves through movement and breath, fostering deep self-awareness and inner peace. Through guided visualizations and the power of the elements, Greta creates a sacred space for transformation. Having navigated her own struggles with anxiety and depression, she discovered that true healing comes from reconnecting with one's essence. Her goal is to support others in expanding into their truth.
