Welcome Spring with a gentle yet invigorating yoga class held outdoors as the sun rises. After class you are welcome to stay and chit chat on the porch and drink some tea. We can discuss goals or intentions for spring time. This class is beginner friendly and all levels are welcome.
Yoga mats are available for those who do not have one.
Class is $10 in advance or $15 at the door.
