π Experience Spring Equinox Through Meditative Sound
Journey Beyond Sound presents a special Spring Equinox sound journey honoring the change of seasons, at the time when day and night come into balance.
This seasonal turning invites renewal, clarity, and fresh momentum after the quieter months of winter. Through immersive sound and meditative stillness, we create space to pause, reset, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of the season.
Our layered live soundscape enhances the senses while gently calming the nervous system, allowing the body to relax and the mind to enter a spacious meditative state.
This gathering will take place inside one of Berkeleyβs most beautiful historic sanctuaries, creating a powerful acoustic and visual setting for the experience.
βͺ A Beautiful Historic Sanctuary
This event takes place inside the First Church of Christ Scientist in Berkeley, a stunning cathedral built in 1910 and designed by renowned Bay Area architect Bernard Maybeck.
With soaring wooden beams, warm natural materials, and remarkable acoustics, the sanctuary creates an atmosphere that is both expansive and deeply peaceful. Many visitors experience genuine awe the first time they step inside this century-old space.
The venue welcomes people of all backgrounds and beliefs, and its natural acoustics make it an extraordinary environment for immersive sound experiences.
