� 90 minute Immersive Sound Journey – Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, tuning forks, and ethereal vocals guide you into deep relaxation and energetic alignment.
� Sacred Space for Healing – Habitual Roots offers a welcoming environment to connect, reflect, and realign.
About Austin Shook
Austin is a sound healer, Reiki Master, and founder of Alignment Sound Energy, traveling the country to share the healing power of frequency and vibration. His work helps clear energetic blockages, restore balance, and guide participants into a state of deep peace and clarity.

Yoga mat or comfortable seating

Eye mask (optional, for deeper relaxation)
An open heart and mind
