Join us for a Spring Equinox Celebration at Your Strength Gym!
Spring Equinox represents the beggining point! And symbolizes the rebirth of Nature and thus our own rebirth. After the darkness & cold of winter, it’s now time to spring forth. We will set intentions for the Astrological year ahead and then roll them into our own tapered Beeswax Candle as we connect with our journey and create space to invite new growth and possibilities into our lives. Then we will experience a Sound Healing Meditation to integrate and seal our intentions.

Come experience the power of Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments to surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration. You will be guided into a meditative state so that you can deeply rest and reset your nervous system in a safe and peaceful environment.
Sound can transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state. This state is the transitional stage between being awake and asleep, where your extrasensory perception can be enhanced and you can deeply listen to your intuition, connect to your Highest Self, release stress, balance your energy, and awaken your mind, body and spirit.
No experience necessary- all are welcome! Come as you are and if you can, with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound.
📍If you can, please bring a yoga mat and two cozy blankets. Some will be provided at the space.
