About this Event

Saturday, March 14, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.

Join Jenny Bergold and Monika Diebes on Saturday, March 14, as we celebrate the Spring Equinox though meditations, chanting, mantras, breathwork, and gentle movements. During this time, we renew our dreams and aspirations, and free ourselves from anything that is holding us back. This is an excellent time of year to begin everything anew by planting seeds of intention and breathing new life into a project.

Sound therapy soothes the nervous system and helps relieve pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. It brings the mind into deeper states and facilitates the body’s natural ability to revitalize and heal.

Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of six Gongs, nine crystal singling bowls, 10 Tibetan bowls, and various healing instruments that raise the vibration and heighten your sound journey experience.

This class is suitable for all levels.

Please bring a mat or blanket to lie on (pillow if you need one.) Chairs are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.

Jenny Bergold (Jagatjeet Kaur) started practicing yoga in 1999 and teaching in 2009. Jenny has her 200-hour hatha certification from Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston, IL, and her 200-hour kundalini certification from Spirit Rising Yoga in Chicago, IL. Jenny is also certified in prenatal, restorative, yin, and radiant child yoga. Jenny's classes focus on the mind and meditation, healing the body through asana, and uplifting the spirit through inspiration.

Monika Diebes has been practicing yoga for over a decade. Her passion for this ancient tradition and holistic healthcare system has led her down a path of endless discovery and study. Monika makes use of the entire yoga toolbox, utilizing postures, breathwork, mudras, mantras, and meditation while incorporating many traditional styles of yoga as well as various healing modalities into her classes. Teaching both adults and children, her main focus is cultivating a sense of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing and a love for the practice among all her students.
