About this Event
🌿A 90-minute seasonal gathering designed to help you slow down, reset, and welcome the energy of Spring.
✨ Join Cassie Scott, McMinnville local yoga and meditation teacher, personal trainer, and sound bath facilitator, for an evening of gentle movement, guided meditation, and the intentional sound of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, an ocean drum & more.
✨ We’ll begin the evening with gentle movement, allowing the body and nervous system time to settle into the space. From there, you’ll get comfortable on yoga mats with bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets, and lavender eye pillows, all provided. You’re welcome to bring any additional comfort items you'd like.
✨You’ll then be guided into meditation while surrounded by the intentional sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, and more.
✨ We’ll close the evening with hot tea.
✨ No experience is necessary. Movement is for all-levels and chairs/yoga props will be available.
✨Whether you’re completely new to sound baths or returning to deepen your experience, you are welcome here.
✨ Space is intentionally limited to 14 participants to support a calm, small-group experience.
✨ You’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and create a comfortable space before we begin.
Tickets for this event are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify the host if you plan to transfer your ticket.
