You’ll receive a small piece of seed paper to hold during the sound journey, infusing it with your intention for the season ahead. After the session, you’ll plant your seed paper to carry the energy of your intention forward into spring.
This experience is designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and a sense of grounded expansion as we step into a new season.
